What types of food do you offer and how long will they last?
We offer a variety of freshly baked brunch classics, which are ready for you to eat upon delivery (no extra prep required).
We recommend eating your brunch on the same day it's delivered, however it will last for up to 3 days if stored unopened at room temperature or in the fridge.
Can I customise my order?
Yes, if you would like to swap a croissant for a bagel or a fresh orange juice for an iced coffee, simply add your special request to the order notes section during checkout.
Additionally, if your order is for an event etc, we can customise the packaging and our brunch items, to suit your brand or match a specific colour theme. Please email us with details of your preferences to orders@brunchbreak.co.uk and one of us will get back to you within 24hrs.
Can I schedule a recurring delivery?
Yes, you can set up a recurring delivery for your favourite brunch items. Just send us an email orders@brunchbreak.co.uk, with your preferred delivery frequency and we'll get your regular Brunch Break deliveries arranged for you.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website. Simply browse our brunch menu, select your items, and choose your preferred delivery date.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to both residential and business addresses anywhere within London.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver brunch daily from 7am-3pm. If you require your order to be delivered outside of those hours, please email us before placing your order orders@brunchbreak.co.uk.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24-48hrs before your preferred delivery date/time to avoid any disappointment.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure online payment processor. You can also pay via invoice/bank transfer if preferred.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, just provide us with exact delivery instructions in your order notes during checkout and your order will be left in your designated safe place.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order up to 48hrs before your delivery time for a full refund. Should you choose to cancel your order after this timeframe a refund will not be issued.
